DONYX has announced the iGS, the first model in the iG-series of industrial cellular gateways. It is a compact entry-level platform with serial interfaces, planned for reliable operation in demanding industrial conditions at a practical price point.

01

Planned platform capabilities

The iGS specification covers LTE, LTE-A and 5G RedCap, with dual SIM support and optional eSIM. Two 100 Mbps Ethernet ports and Wi-Fi 4 are planned for local equipment, alongside RS232, RS485 and discrete I/O for legacy automation.

A 9 to 56 VDC input and DIN-rail mounting are intended for cabinets and field installations. The planned operating range is from -25°C to +70°C.
